How Booking Works
Booking a massage at home should feel as relaxing as the massage itself. Choose your treatment, pick a time that suits you, and Jennifer brings everything to your door. It takes about two minutes, and you'll have your confirmation straight away.
Step by step
Four simple steps

1. Choose your treatment
Pick the massage that suits you from the booking calendar: Swedish Massage – Relaxing (60 or 90 minutes) for easing everyday tension and switching off; Swedish Massage – Restorative (60 minutes) for tired, overworked muscles; Pregnancy Massage (60 or 90 minutes), suitable from the second trimester; or Postpartum Massage (60 or 90 minutes) to support your recovery after birth. Not sure which is right for you? Read the Services page or send a message before you book.
2. Pick a date and time
The calendar shows live availability, so what you see is what's open. Bookings need at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments are available across five south side neighbourhoods; check the Service Area page if you're not sure yours is covered.
3. Confirm and pay securely online
Enter your name, address and contact details, answer a few short health questions, and pay by card through the secure checkout. There's no call-out fee: the price you see is the price you pay. A confirmation email arrives in your inbox straight away, with a reminder the day before. Jennifer will also phone you before your visit to go through your answers and anything you'd like to ask.
4. Relax, Jennifer will take care of the rest
Jennifer arrives ahead of your start time with a professional massage table, fresh linens, towels, oils and music. All you need is a quiet space of around 2 by 2.5 metres or more, somewhere to wash hands, and a few minutes to settle in. Once your treatment ends, everything is packed away quietly and you're free to carry on with your day, or simply rest.
On the day
What happens on the day

Before your session
Jennifer arrives a little before your booked time to set up. If you've booked a 60-minute treatment, allow around 90 minutes in total for the visit; for 90 minutes, allow around two hours. Please clear a space for the table and let Jennifer know in advance about stairs, parking or buzzer entry.
A quick chat
Before starting, Jennifer will check in on what you talked about on the phone, ask about any areas of tension and agree the pressure you'd like. You can change your mind at any point during the massage.
Your treatment
You're covered with towels throughout and only the area being worked on is uncovered. Pregnancy clients are positioned safely on their side with supportive cushions; postpartum clients can lie however feels comfortable.
Afterwards
Jennifer leaves you with simple aftercare advice: drink plenty of water, take it easy for the rest of the day, and let any lingering tension ease out naturally. Everything is packed away and the room is left as it was found.
